Low Carb Cheesecake without bottom – the classic
This variant is made without ground and is only the simplest. The cake is served with a few berries and can also be used anywhere it is needed. If you like to eat sweets, you can treat yourself to the cheesecake without a base for breakfast or lunch.

- 100g soft butter
- 400g low-fat curd cheese
- 120g Xylitol (buy here cheap!)
- 25g vanilla whey protein (buy here cheap!)
- 3 eggs, size M
1.) For the Low Carb cheesecake without bottom first prepare a bowl and all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 160°C top / bottom heat.
2.) The woman gives butter in the bowl. Add the quark, eggs and xylitol and mix well with a mixer. Finally add the vanilla whey protein and stir in.
3.) Line a 26cm springform pan with baking paper or grease it with some butter and pour in the mixture.
4.) Bake for approx. 60 minutes to the cake completely is hammered.
